At Karatsy, we value your satisfaction and stand by the quality of our silver and gold jewelry. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund terms below:

Returns

• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and certificates (if applicable).

• Customized or personalized jewelry is not eligible for return unless it is damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Once your request is approved, we will share instructions for sending the item back to us.

Refunds

• After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund.

• Refunds take 6–8 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
